Overall, the United 777-300ER Polaris business class hard product is as excellent as ever. The seats offer reasonable privacy and are comfortable in lie-flat mode. United offers great bedding compared to most carriers. However, the cleanliness, service, and catering fall short of what I expect out of a business class flight.
